Return eligibility, condition standards, inspections, and refunds.

Return Window
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return unless a different period is required by law. A request does not automatically approve the return.
Eligible Condition
Eligible products must generally be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, complete, and in original condition with packaging, hardware, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Installed, mounted, used, scratched, stained, broken, altered, personalized, incomplete, clearance, or final-sale items may be ineligible except where law requires otherwise.
Start a Return
Email service@selqzora.com with the order number, item, reason, and photographs when relevant. Wait for written instructions before shipping.
Return Shipping
Preference, size, color, bicycle-fit, component-fit, or change-of-mind return costs may be the customer’s responsibility. Verified wrong, defective, or damaged items receive an appropriate resolution.
Inspection
Returned products are checked for identity, condition, completeness, installation marks, wear, damage, and eligibility before a refund decision.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping may be non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our verified error.
Damaged Items
Promptly provide photographs of the label, parcel, protective materials, product, damaged area, and included parts. Keep everything until instructed otherwise.
