Payment Options
Available cards, wallets, and other methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location, currency, device, and payment-provider availability.
Secure Processing
Payments are processed by supported payment providers using their security controls. selqzora™ does not ask customers to send full card numbers, security codes, or account passwords by email.
Authorization
Orders may be reviewed for authorization, address verification, fraud prevention, or additional confirmation. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge.
Prices and Currency
The order total, shipping, taxes when applicable, and checkout currency are shown before payment. Banks may apply exchange or international fees outside our control.
Payment Problems
If payment fails, verify the billing information or contact the payment provider. For an apparent duplicate charge, contact support with the order number but never send full card details.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the provider and financial institution.
